More problems at work which translates into more downtime for me. I decided to stay at work instead of going home, like yesterday, just because of how the new time-sheet system works.
DreamHost continues to be up, down, down, still down, up, down… so that sucks for me And Others.
Curious behavior of Paypal currently under investigation.
BoA customer reps are my poster-child for everything AOL customer reps were [are?] not. Wow Fast. I hope I don’t speak too soon.
The history book I’m currently reading has some intense imagry of some pretty hasty stuff that happened ~100 years ago. I mean, stuff Hollywood would use today. Ask for details.
eMail’s up again — better use it before it dies again.

I am going to be vague on purpose for numerous reasons. Thou Shalt Not Ask; Merely Smile, Nod & Move On.
Pastly Desired: Experience A.
Presently Desired: Experience B.
Given: Good Poker, Foxy Universe, Mylsian Fortune.
Fact: The existence and increasing length of Experience A gives higher probability of Experience B, though the two can be mutually exclusive under many other circumstances.
For the first time, I had Experience A — and it was unanticipated, unasked for and strangely successful. In other universes, this would have lead to Experience B. In this universe, it did not for several intentional factors. I have reason and hope to believe I will be thankful for this avoidance of Experience B [cross heart and hope to die]. I’ve thought about it, and I can think only that this is vastly typical of everything, ever, regarding my related Catch-22 experiences [for better or for worse].
On A Related Note: I do not understand the concept behind many night clubs outside of how deluded their patrons are — especially given my experiences across the street [and for far cheaper] and the grossly misguided intentions of the patrons waiting in line to spend “their” money. I feel sad for them; strangely, I do not feel sad for myself — though little has changed in regards to my own situation [arguably speaking].
Sleep shall now be good.

Did a little scanning today. Also watched a bit of an anime series and canceled a credit card [all part of the plan; I hope I get my money back].
Work is going to be ass boring today due to problems [as opposed to being only boring]. Was reminded that once my coworker’s hockey season ends — he starts having golf on Tuesdays; I have stuff every other Tuesday, let alone the desire to not work second shift. Shall I add this to the list? My fake Boss canceled her third attempt to visit this worksite in the past 6 months — this time, because we’re working too hard. Go figure. She’s not visited this work site from the moment she took this job 4 years ago. Keep in mind that if the required discussion(s) between myself and my fake Boss don’t happen by late April — basically, a month from now — my fake Boss will get an expected double surprise. All I’ll loose is money and a possible source for a recommendation letter [the letter being more valuable].
DreamHost, the place I migrated to from Yahoo given Microsoft, money and capability, has been having problems that, for me a user, has translated into spotty email and website access. It’s late in the day, again, and I appear to have access to both. We’ll see how long it lasts this time.
Hopefully, a friend of mine will be able to come visit despite the fact that I have to work in the evenings during the weekend of visiting.

Scanning project clicks on, and shall for a while yet. Still awaiting the good news I know is coming so that my Catch-22 Of My Own Creation project can continue to its next step. Killed an idea for my website; can’t wait to work on more website ideas. And to work on my other projects.
7-day work week is starting to get to me. Lying computers, tricks of hearing, missed dinners. Inter-company politics is crap, and I hate eating it.
Is it time to go home yet?

Spent Easter ’08 at a UU church in Hayward [u-buzz-off]. I was shown off, and was able to show off my lighter in a scary [and useful] way. Oh yeah. Park-walking made up the afterward.
Finished the first folder of paperwork scanning. More to go, but the following folders are vastly thinner. “3rd Watch”, season one, viewing continues alongside.
Access to email is spotty at best per a problem at Dreamhost, my new web host. Current access to blog is luck in connection to that.
At work now, with little to do regarding personal productivity. I wonder if I can finish that book I started a bit ago…

Hearing “One more run?” at 0130 hours translates into the following indecision: “Do I punch you in the face or just leave?” I said “No” multiple times and left shortly thereafter.
Received good news on Catch-22 Of My Own Creation via the Internet. Have yet to receive the required envelope; expecting.
Worked only 5h this today, Saturday. Am now at home working on one of multiple projects with ‘Third Watch’ for sanity.
Received an expected package; item is just about as expected. Must learn how to use.
Digified 5 more books at work. This completes the [personally] required digification, which is good. Must think of more things to do at work in order to remain productive in my personal life.
Have Easter, tomorrow, off. All day. After that, “for real” 7-days a week work schedule until Something happens. I can’t wait until either 11May or “required” discussion with fake boss.

Digified notes from 19 books, and am now reducing four related computer files into one. At work. The new time-keeping [waisting?] system seems to be working well so far; it appears I now have triple-digit vacation/sick hours, if only I could use them. It also appears that I shall continue to get paid for overtime and the extra shift-differential for second shift.
New project at home; lots of scanning. There are several more new projects, but they have to wait until a one in particular almost closes up [it can't be completely closed up due to Crap, but that portion will unfortunately be sacrificed for learning purposes].
Informed a local Former-Jew UU [I wanted to dime a rhyme] about UU religious education experiences and received a free lunch [and dinner with leftovers] in return. Spoke condolences to a different local UU regarding her recently dead father, and gave her information that she requested at the possible future expence of my time [apparently, I am well liked in the local UU community; I wonder why].
Removed the two TV series from Netflix that I had added the other week. In the near future I shall see if I want to further downgrade my subscription or if I want to add more TV series, depending on Stuff.
In the mean time, I’m just trying to be productive despite having to be at work.
